Powerhouse is a place for all Jr. High and High School Students in the Spring area to come hang out, meet friends, and discover God in a big way. No matter who you are, where you are from, what you look like, or what you are in to there is a place for you at Powerhouse.

Mission & Purpose
Powerhouse is the Student Ministry of Spring First Church. Our mission is to help students grow:

• Inward - by developing a personal relationship with Jesus, a love for the Bible, and Spiritual habits that will stay with them throughout their lives.
  
  
• Outward - by learning to show love and compassion to their friends, school and community.
  
  
• Upward - by discovering and deploying their gifts and talents to Worship God and Serve others.
  

Powerhouse has always been a place for students to discover God, who He is, what He has done, and how He wants to use them in his plan to rescue a hurting and lost world.

How Do We Accomplish This?
We have several programs for students to participate in to help them grow Inward, Outward, and Upward.

1. Wednesday Worship - Meets Wednesdays at 7pm at the Youth Center. This is our biggest weekly event and a great place to get connected.
   
   
2. Man Up - Meets Sunday Nights from 5pm to 6:30pm in Room FC1. It’s a Bible Study just for guys.
   
   
3. Reflect - Meets Sunday Nights from 5pm to 6:30pm in Room FC2. It’s a Bible Study just for girls.
   
   
4. Fine Arts Ministry Tour - Is a year round program where we help students discover their talents and gifts and put them to use by traveling to one-night-events around the Houston area. The program includes music, dramas, human videos, preaching, and much more all done by students. You can sign up at any point during the school year. Productions are scheduled every month in different locations. There’s always room for you on this tour!
   

What can I expect on Wednesday Nights at Powerhouse?

• A friendly atmosphere where people genuinely are interested in getting to know you.
  
  
• Services that last about 75 minutes.
  
• Students leading: through worship, hosting, café, and technical teams.
  
  
• The Bible to be preached clearly and applied to your life.
  
  
• A place where you are free to let your guard down, be you, and pursue God.
